Preparing for and taking the Oregon CCB Exam (English) - Online using Zoom

Registration for June is now closed. Registration is open for July course and exam.

Prepare for and take the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) exam with hands on practice and instruction. This 2 session course covers:

• Business Structure, Business Finance, Business Taxes
• Bids & Estimates, Contracts, Project Management. Lien Law
• Oregon Code, Safety, Environmental Issues. Building Envelope
• Oregon Construction Law, Employees, Subcontractors

This 2-day course is offered by the Small Business Development Center at Blue Mountain Community College in conjunction with Clackamas Community College

Session 1: Fri June 3rd, 2022 from 8:00AM-4:50PM

Session 2: Sat June 4th, 2022 from 8:00AM-4:50PM

*The 14 Chapters in the NASCLA manual are divided up into 4 Lessons. After each Lesson, an exam is given that covers those chapters. Upon successful completion, you will meet the following pre-requisites that are required to apply for a CCB Contractor License: Pre-test, Pre-license training, and Testing requirements.

Requirements:

• Desktop Computer with a camera, or a laptop
• Complete the Pre-test
• High Speed Internet
• Basic Computer skills
• Current US Driver's license
• Attend Pre-Zoom meeting: Wed. 1 pm, or Thur. 5:30 pm

Cost: $450 flat fee, includes the cost of the exam plus 1 free retest.
