Cider is one of the first alcoholic beverages to be made in the United States, but countries all over the world have their own history and traditions related to it. In this course, we will learn what defines cider legally, how it is made, and taste through some signature styles of it. The course includes a tasting of ciders, so you must be 21 years of age or older to attend.
