The PPP Flexibility Act: New Forgiveness Guidelines & What This Means for You

The PPP Flexibility Act was signed into law on June 5th adding additional flexibility to the PPP. Join Jessica Newhall, Lead Advisor at the Clatsop SBDC as she reviews the new and revised guidelines. In this session, we walk through:

  • The revised Borrower Application
  • The implications of the 8-week extension (now 24 weeks with an extended the rehiring deadline) and well as the program extension (now available through December 31)
  • The changes to the percentage of forgivable funds (now 40% of the total loan amount) that can be used for nonpayroll expenses such as rent, utilities, mortgage interest, etc.
  • The revised loan terms (now 5 years) and who may qualify
