Learn at Lunch: Buying and Selling a Business

This virtual class over Zoom is part of our ‘Learn at Lunch’ series. The class covers buying and selling a business with a look into each point of view. Both the seller and the buyer have work to do to build value and assess the risk of entering into a transaction. Information will be given regarding lead times for selling and sources of capital for buying. A third part will be regarding how businesses are valued. This class is designed to be most valuable to entrepreneurs wanting to actively engage in business transactions. Once you register for the class, you will be emailed the link to pay for the class.
