Preparing for and taking the Oregon CCB Exam (English) - Online using Zoom
Prepare for and take the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) exam with hands on practice and instruction. This 2 session course covers:
- Business Structure, Business Finance, Business Taxes
- Bids & Estimates, Contracts, Project Management. Lien Law
- Oregon Code, Safety, Environmental Issues. Building Envelope
- Oregon Construction Law, Employees, Subcontractors
This 2-day course is offered by the Small Business Development Center at Blue Mountain Community College in conjunction with Clackamas Community College
Session 1: Fri July 8th, 2022 from 8:00AM-4:50PM
Session 2: Sat July 9th, 2022 from 8:00AM-4:50PM
*The 14 Chapters in the NASCLA manual are divided up into 4 Lessons. After each Lesson, an exam is given that covers those chapters. Upon successful completion, you will meet the following pre-requisites that are required to apply for a CCB Contractor License: Pre-test, Pre-license training, and Testing requirements.
Requirements:
- Desktop Computer with a camera, or a laptop
- Complete the Pre-test
- High Speed Internet
- Basic Computer skills
- Current US Driver's license
- Attend Pre-Zoom meeting: Wed. 1 pm, or Thur. 5:30 pm

Cost: $450 flat fee, includes the cost of the exam plus 1 free retest.
