Oregon Property Manager Pre-Licensing - Zoom

Join us for a brand new opportunity! This is an accelerated Property Manager Pre-License course designed to prepare students for the Oregon Property manager License Exam. This course is the fastest way to qualify to take the state exam, which covers the role of property managers, tenant relations, fair housing, lease agreements and more. Classes include 2 hours of live video conferencing instruction and online self-directed study each week for a total of 60 hours over a 7-week period. There are no prerequisites to take the course, from Superior Training System’s perspective. However, in order to become licensed by the State of Oregon Real Estate Agency, license applicants must, (along with other requirements): • Be at least 18 years of age • Have a high school diploma, GED or international equivalent • Must be able to pass a background check Class is every Tuesday 6pm-8pm via Zoom
