Small Business Management

Small Business Management is for your small business
as it grows and develops. SBM will help business owners
and managers that are stymied by day-to-day tasks that
keep them working “at” their business instead of “on”
their business. You will learn how to implement a plan
for sound growth and expansion, better understanding
of your financial statements, forecasting and inventory.
SBM members will meet once a month for a 3 hour
class and then have their choice of private counseling in
either the SBDC office or at their place of business. 27
hours of classroom + working on their business outside
the classroom = 510 hours
