Intro to Craft Brewing

This course will provide a general overview of the brewing process with a focus on the core beer types that define the craft brewing industry. At the end of this course, students will be able to define major beer styles, describe the key steps of the brewing process, and describe the role that each of the four primary brewing ingredients play in determining beer quality.
