QuickBooks ONLINE Series Levels 1-3

For QuickBooks ONLINE beginners.

Learn how to use the most popular, online, business accounting software program used by small businesses. If you have never used QuickBooks Online, or are just starting to use the program, this series is for you!

QBO Level 1 Includes basic bookkeeping principles, how to choose a QuickBooks Online plan, setting up company files, creating a chart of accounts, adding customers and vendors, paying for expenses, invoicing customers, and receiving payments.

QBO Level 2 This training will help expand your existing base of knowledge. Class includes lessons in fundamentals of accounting, reconciling bank accounts, managing products & services, inventory, running reports, and managing various types of everyday and special transactions.

QBO Level 3 This training will go through customer and vendor practical exercises, working our way through the different stages of accounting workflow. You will learn the fundamentals of accounts payable and receivable, how to use more detailed reports, how to connect deposits and payments with invoices and bills, and how to utilize QBO features with your employees and subcontractors.
