2007 is when it all began for owner and innovator Jacob Dunaway whose humble beginnings are rooted in the set of door-to-door computer repair. Aware of changing technology, and his community’s need for reliable service, he opened a retail space inside of a local print shop in The Dalles, Oregon. Soon after, he opened a second location in downtown Hood River, and realized the void that existed between repairing computers and local businesses’ need for IT services. That was the impetus behind developing a full-service IT management company that included data backup and recovery, business productivity, interconnectivity, and more.

But he didn’t stop there – the IT space was becoming fractured and the needs of companies big and small; varied. It would require a team of dedicated people with a passion for support and a desire to serve to tackle the arising challenge. Equipped with the knowledge of “old school” techniques along with the contemporary evolutions of tech, a team of pros formed and began to build the vision
