Soon after, he opened a second location in downtown Hood River, and realized the void that existed between repairing computers and local businesses’ need for IT services. That was the impetus behind developing a full-service IT management company that included data backup and recovery, business productivity, interconnectivity, and more.

But he didn’t stop there – the IT space was becoming fractured and the needs of companies big and small; varied.
