Summary

The Small Business Development Center's Youth Entrepreneurship Program (YEP) is launching an exciting initiative to transform how young people in North-Central Oregon think about business and their future. YEP delivers an innovative approach to entrepreneurship education, designed to turn teenage dreamers into practical business leaders.

Program Overview

YEP delivers an intensive 10-week entrepreneurship curriculum that combines practical business education with real-world experience. Students receive expert-led instruction, hands-on mentorship from local business leaders, and the opportunity to compete for substantial startup funding. The program culminates in a regional pitch competition where students present their business concepts to experienced entrepreneurs and investors.
