• Learn the basics of setting up a virtual shop and how to create a successful listing.
• Etsy can supplement an existing Web page, or serve as a business’ sole Web shopping portal.
• Attendees should be in a related business and have a basic understanding of Internet shopping.
• Existing Etsy shop not required.
