Real Estate Brokers License Pre-Test Training

The Real Estate Brokers License Pre-test training course is taught live online via Zoom making it easy to participate from your home or office location. The class meets for three hours per week every Thursday evening for 10 weeks. In addition to classes, you will be responsible for completing weekly homework assignments to be completed in-between class sessions. Our Real Estate Brokers License Pre-test training meets the 150-hour State of Oregon requirement to take the Real Estate Brokers License test. The UCC SBDC is considered a State of Oregon Agency-approved real estate school. Course materials will be provided to you by the instructor on or before the start of classes.

• An optional all-day Saturday study prep session is available at the conclusion of the 10-week course.

Note: The State of Oregon Real Estate Broker’s license fee is not included with this course.
