a.k.a. How to make money feeding people in the restaurant Industry. It's a two-part workshop to create---or fine tune--- your business plan for a successful operation. This workshop is for a start-up: whether it’s a food truck, catering company, farmer’s market cart, bakery, fast casual, or fine dining restaurant. We will work together on your business model to include the basics on branding, writing a marketing plan, menu development, food costing, finding a location, and establishing a financial foundation for success and growth.
The first class is Monday, Feb 10 th, 4pm - 7pm and the second class is on March 10th, 4pm - 7pm
