Small Business Management I (SBM) Program

The Small Business Management program (SBM) is a unique combination of classroom learning, one-on-one coaching from a professional business adviser, and networking with one goal: making you and your business more successful.

• Over a nine-month period, the Small Business Management Program will cover diverse management topics through a customized curriculum; helping you to identify and prioritize outcomes and devise a plan to achieve them.

• Classroom sessions each month target relevant topics with experienced professional presenters and allow for networking with fellow business owners to create a community of learning.

• Personalized coaching sessions with a trusted advisor will occur once a month during the program. These one-on-one coaching sessions are designed to fast-track implementation of key concepts.

• The result is: You get the tools and support you need to work smarter not harder.

All Class Dates

• Third Wednesday of each month (October-June) 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
• 2025: Oct 15, Nov 19, Dec 17
• 2026: Jan 21, Feb 18, Mar 18, Apr 15, May 20, June 17

Pricing and plus-one options

• Cost for primary attendee $795
• For additional key employees to attend $150
• It is required to have a primary attendee registered.
• Payment plans available!

Drop & Refund Policy

• In order to drop the class with a full refund, it is required that you notify the instructor and the Klamath Community College SBDC staff within the first week of class.
• Refunds for cancellation requests received outside of the refund deadline are generally given when there is sufficient documentation of medical or extenuating circumstances constituting an emergency.
