Learn what your business needs to know for the new federal reporting requirements starting in January 2024. Many companies in the United States will have to report information about their beneficial owners, i.e., the individuals who ultimately own or control the company. They will have to report the information to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). FinCEN is a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

Aprende qué necesitas saber para tu negocio con los nuevos requisitos federales empezando en Enero de 2024. Muchos negocios de Estados Unidos tendrán que reportar información sobre sus beneficiarios finales, es decir, las personas que en última instancia poseen o controlan la empresa. Tendrán que reportar la información a la Red de cumplimiento de delitos financieros (FinCEN, por sus siglas en inglés). FinCEN es una oficina del Departamento del Tesoro de EE.UU.
