Elesa will speak during the first 30 minutes on "Tips on Selling a Small Business". Followed by panel questions for panelists. Last 30 minutes for networking.

Jim Parks
Jim’s focus is on getting small businesses up and running. Starting with business plans and moving through marketing and QuickBooks, Jim will get you off on the right foot. Jim has many years of personal experience as an entrepreneur. He owns several companies which he has built from scratch and is always willing to share his experience with others. Elesa Doll
Elesa Doll became a licensed real estate Broker in the state of Oregon in 2007 after a 20 year career as a Dental Hygienist.

Elesa Immediately determined commercial real estate would be her focus. Elesa specializes in leasing and sales of office, retail, land and industrial properties as well as small business sales in the Mid-Willamette Valley and beyond.

Elesa has been instrumental in the successful completion of assisting in many business locations transactions over the past several years. Locally, her clients have included businesses such as Nature’s Pet Market, West Salem Machinery, Ash Studio Hair Salon, many attorneys and doctors in the area. Prior involvement in commercial real estate developments, including multi-family housing and retail properties has benefited her aptitude to evolve with the commercial real estate industry in Salem, Oregon. Additional experience includes working with foreclosure and investment properties, with clients such as Wells Fargo REO Division, US BANK, Excelsior Management Corp and Key Bank in the Salem market.
