Mastermind for Small Business Owners

This unique “Mastermind” course brings together growth-minded business owners to tackle the real challenges every business must address. Instead of following a rigid curriculum, participants shape the conversation by choosing topics most relevant to their success. Each session features expert-led discussions, guest speakers, and peer collaboration — all focused on practical strategies for earning more, managing finances, and keeping more of what you make.

Alongside interactive mastermind sessions, participants will receive a valuable resource guide that we’ll reference throughout the year. This tool anchors our learning and ensures you leave each session with a practical framework you can immediately apply to your business.

Enrollment also includes free one-on-one business advising — up to two hours each month — giving you personalized support outside of class.

Examples of the questions we’ll be tackling include:

• Character: What kind of person succeeds in business?
• Leadership: How do you unite a team around a mission?
• Personal productivity: How can you get more done in less time?
• Messaging: Why aren’t customers paying more attention?
• Marketing: How do I build a sales funnel?
• Business strategy: How does a business really work?
• Execution: How can we get things done?
• Sales: How do I close more sales?
• Management: What does a good manager do?
