This is a FREE single introductory workshop that helps business owners understand the steps involved in transitioning their business. There are many considerations for the owner, family members (heirs), employees, customers, and venders as well as the community. Primary topics include: explanation of transition options, timelines to consider, key partners needed in a transition, and how to get started.
