In this continuation class, you will find out about some of the QuickBooks built-in features. Topics include how to create and customize company forms and reports, do basic job costing, memorize transactions and reconcile bank and credit card statements.

Perhaps the very best reason to learn QuickBooks is to have easy access to a year-to-date Profit & Loss (P&L) Statement from all the entries you make. An ac-curate monthly P&L al-lows you to monitor and manage your business. It’s a report card on your business operations.

Required: Completion of, or enrollment in, QuickBooks Online (QBO): Part I
Required: Proficiency with computers & Windows.

Instructor, Catherine Weesner, has been a QuickBooks Instructor and ProAdvisor for the past 15 years and a Licensed Tax Consultant for 22 years.

“Financed in part with lottery funds awarded by the Oregon Business Development”. QuickBooks software can help you keep a correct checkbook balance at all times, send out invoices to your customers, and avoid being left “up the creek” if the bookkeeper quits.

Funded in part through a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
