Scoreboards - as a business owner, the information is tallied each day. The score appears on financial statements in your business: Balance Sheet, Income Statement (Profit & Loss) and Statement of CashFlow. There are key metrics that run your business - some are operational and some are financial. Combined, they will chart the direction you are leading your business.

Learn what the scoreboard is telling you and others. This is not a highly technical class - it’s practical and will be a guide. The format is tailored for ease of understanding with exercises and tools you can put to use immediately.

Dates: 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of Each Month (October 6, 2026 - June 12, 2027)
Zoom Meetings: 6:30pm - 7:50pm (with a prerecorded prep class of 20-30 minutes before each class)
