Speaker(s): Meyer Freeman, SBDC Advisor & Jessica Newhall, Associate Director of Clatsop SBDC Meyer Freeman has been an SBDC Advisor since March 2020 and specializes in supporting individuals who are looking to start their small business. Originally from Knappa, Meyer returned to Clatsop County after a 20-year career in Portland with non-profit organization Sport Oregon, and has assisted more than 100 local businesses during the economic fallout caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Jessica Newhall, Associate Director at the Clatsop SBDC, is dedicated to helping clients overcome barriers and devise solutions for long-term success. With a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado and over 20 years of business experience, she is uniquely suited to advising business owners. Her coaching approach to helping entrepreneurs successfully navigate the complexity of business ownership is drawn from her own business experience overseeing the strategic, financial, and day-to-day operations.

Non-credit Class/Workshop Refund Policy: For a class with three sessions or more, students must drop the class within two business days of the class start date in order to receive a full refund.
