Starting a Small Food Company - Understanding Government Regulations
The Clatsop SBDC, in collaboration with North Coast Food Web, is hosting this free online workshop to help local entrepreneurs get your food processing business off the ground. Have an idea for a food business? Want to pivot your existing farm or restaurant to sell processed foods? Food entrepreneurship is exciting and helps drive our North Coast economy, but it can be tricky to understand licensing, regulations and food safety measures. Join us for this workshop with local food processing expert Barbara Cripe, who serves as the Oregon Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety Inspector for Clatsop County.
