Ready, Set, Plan for Success
Effective business planning is challenging—especially during uncertain times. Without a plan, decisions may be based on instincts or emotions. And while instinct and intuition are important factors in entrepreneurial success, they can impede your ability to achieve long-term success. Instead, use simple planning tools to help you analyze your situation, explore areas of opportunity, and allow you to test your instincts. In this session, we cover:
- Analyzing your business: strength and weakness analysis and a "quick and dirty" opportunity assessment
- Discovering your critical goals
- Setting meaningful and measurable goals and planning for long-term success
This session is part of Clatsop SBDC's Summer Small Business Boot Camp.
Clatsop Community College SBDC workshops are not eligible for continuing education credits and we will not be able to issue any certificates of completion or provide similar statements or documentation.
