Smart Strategies for Recruiting and Retaining Employees
As we prepare for the busy summer season, perhaps the greatest challenge facing local small business owners today is hiring and retaining employees.
Join the Clatsop SBDC and a panel of local business leaders from Fort George Brewery, Beach Books and Columbia Hospitality to learn proven best practices for how to recruit, develop and retain employees.
We’ll explore innovative ideas for advertising job openings, building an employee-centered culture, and becoming a better boss – all with the end goal of creating a team and culture that helps your business reach its true potential.
Clatsop Community College SBDC workshops are not eligible for continuing education credits and we will not be able to issue any certificates of completion or provide similar statements or documentation.
