Business Management Acceleration

Audience: Individual who are in business have registered a business and are doing business whether newly in business or long time business owners who want to jump start their progress. This course will prepare you to run a small business. It will begin with documenting the plan and goals of the business. You will also learn sound business management strategies and concepts to effectively accelerate growth. Concepts include, business plans, costs, breakeven analysis, registration and licensing, Human Resources, marketing, progression, operations and finally exit strategy. The course will be 8 weeks long with weekly advising sessions included with the instructor.
