This course will help prepare you to start and grow a small business. We will begin with idea generation, planning and teach concepts on business management from concept to completion. Concepts include, business plans, costs, breakeven analysis, registration and business license, HR, marketing, progression, operations and finally exit strategy. This course will be 10 weeks long with weekly advising sessions included with the instructor.
