Using AI Tools to Help Build a Better Business Plan

The foundation of a successful small business is the strength of a written business plan. The wide range of AI tools available can support the business planning process. This session will provide an overview of the components of business planning and, through exercises, demonstrate how to effectively use AI to generate reliable data that will support your written plan. Participants will walk away with tools and templates to help create a business plan that incorporates validated AI content.
