Are you planning to hire your first employees in the near future? Are you wondering whether you should hire employees or independent contractors? In this two-hour class, we will review the steps to being an employer in the State of Oregon. You will consider what type of workers and skills your business needs and what to set up for an effective and compliant operation. This class will be useful for business owners who currently do NOT have employees but anticipate the need to hire them in the near future.
