QuickBooks Basics For Your Business

There are 6 two and a half hour sessions for a total of 15 hours. This class is for anyone new to QuickBooks Online, considering switching their financial software to QuickBooks Online, or would like to learn the basics of QuickBooks Online. There will be six, two-hour and 30-minute, sections for this class that will include nine modules, a case study, practice simulations, and step-by-step in-person instruction. Learn the tools to make your bookkeeping easier, more efficient, and more effective. The agenda will cover the following key topics: • Review of Packages • System Settings • Products and Services • Beginning Balances • Accounts Payable • Accounts Receivable • Bank and Credit Card Account Management • Budgeting and Financial Planning • Security Measures • Additional Relevant Topics This comprehensive overview ensures a thorough understanding of essential areas. Prior to the first day of class, expect an email from the instructor with a link to the training site. Feel free bring your own laptop, but this is not required. A computer will be provided.
