Learn at Lunch: Buying and Selling a Business
This class in our ‘Learn at Lunch’ series is buying and selling a business with a look into each point of view. Both the seller and the buyer have work to do to build value and assess the risk of entering into a transaction. Information will be given regarding lead times for selling and sources of capital for buying. A third part will be regarding how businesses are valued. This class is designed to be most valuable to entrepreneurs wanting to actively engage in business transactions. This is an in-person class, but may pivot to virtual. Once you register for the class, you will be emailed the link to pay for the class.
